1. General Rules for Bonus Allocation
All bonuses are credited strictly in accordance with the rules specified in each promotion.
Any additional rewards received through other campaigns (registration bonuses, email confirmation bonuses, quests, promo codes, loyalty level bonuses, promotional free spins, etc.) are credited separately and follow their own individual terms.

2. Maximum Bet While Wagering Bonuses
There are restrictions on the maximum bet that can be placed while wagering a bonus.

3. Maximum Withdrawal From Free Spin Winnings
The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings obtained via free spins depends on the bonus type:

No-deposit free spins (registration, email confirmation, promo codes, quests, loyalty level-up rewards):
standard limit: up to 300 EUR, unless otherwise stated in the bonus terms.

4. Wagering Requirements
All winnings obtained from free spins or bonus funds must be wagered according to the specific promotion’s rules.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Welcome bonus free spins: wagering requirement x35 (deposit + bonus)
- No-deposit free spins: wagering requirement x40
All wagering requirements must be completed within 5 days from the moment the free spins are credited.

5. Free Spin Activation and Validity
All free spins must be activated in the Player’s profile within 5 days of being credited.
Once activated, free spins remain valid for 5 additional days.
Any free spins not activated or not used within this timeframe will automatically expire.

6. Bonus Abuse Restrictions
Only one bonus may be active at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Placing low-risk bets, hedged bets, or using irregular betting patterns while wagering a bonus is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse, cancel or void any bonus in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Maximum Bonus Withdrawal Limits
The maximum withdrawal amount (after completing wagering) is determined by each promotion’s rules.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Welcome deposit bonuses: up to x2 of the combined (deposit + bonus) amount.
- Other deposit bonuses: limits are specified in the respective promotion.
No-deposit bonus winnings (registration free spins, email free spins, quest rewards, promo code bonuses, loyalty level-up free spins, etc.) are limited to up to 300 EUR, unless otherwise specified.

Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Winnings
To withdraw winnings obtained from bonus funds, the Player must make at least one successful deposit using the same payment method intended for withdrawal.
The maximum bet rule also applies to no-deposit bonuses.
Unless otherwise specified, the maximum allowed bet while wagering a no-deposit bonus is 5 EUR.

12. Use of Funds While a Bonus is Active
12.1. Real-Money Wins
If a Player wins using real-money (deposit) funds, such winnings are calculated according to the standard Terms & Conditions and are not subject to bonus-related limits.
12.2. Bonus-Stage Wins
If the Player’s balance falls to an amount equal to or lower than the remaining bonus funds, all winnings obtained during this stage become subject to the maximum withdrawal limits outlined in Rule 8.
This applies to both bonus funds and free-spin winnings.

Bonus Abuse Policy
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.
The following thresholds are considered indicators of bonus abuse:
- 5–9 deposits → bonus usage exceeding 70% of total gameplay
- 10+ deposits → bonus usage exceeding 50% of total gameplay
If abuse is detected, the Company may:
• prohibit the Player from receiving further bonuses
• cancel bonus funds
• void winnings obtained through bonus play
Additionally, if the Player’s bonus activity reaches:
- 85% (for 5–9 deposits), or
- 70% (for 10+ deposits),
the Player becomes ineligible for all bonuses and free spins.

Prohibited Strategies
Players are strictly forbidden from using strategies intended to exploit bonuses or artificially fulfill wagering requirements.
Examples include:
• placing minimal-risk bets for the sole purpose of clearing wagering
• sharply increasing bet sizes after winning with bonus funds
• using automated or coordinated advantage-play betting patterns
• attempting to bypass max bet rules or wagering limits

Additional Prohibited Strategies
It is forbidden to:
• delay game rounds, free spins, or bonus features and complete them once wagering is no longer active
• leave unresolved high-stake rounds (e.g., blackjack hands) for completion after wagering
• build in-game value (meters, progress bars, collections) using bonus funds, intentionally lose the bonus, then cash out via real-money bets
• exploit software bugs, technical issues, or game mechanics
The Operator reserves the right to void winnings and remove bonuses in all such cases.

Deposit Bonuses — Locked Funds
When a deposit bonus is active, both the deposit and bonus funds are locked under the wagering requirement.
To unlock any funds for withdrawal, the wagering requirement must be completed in full.

Order of Funds & Stage Abuse Prevention
While a deposit bonus is active:
• deposit funds are used first, followed by bonus funds
• all winnings obtained during bonus play are classified as bonus winnings and are subject to wagering
Using bonus funds to progress game stages (e.g., collect 9/10 coins), and then completing the final stage with real-money bets after losing or forfeiting the bonus, is prohibited.
In such cases, the Company may void all related winnings.
Only One Active Bonus
Only one bonus may be active at any given time.
Deposit bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.

Delayed Game Rounds & Free Spins
It is strictly prohibited to:
• delay any game round, free spin, or bonus feature for completion after wagering has ended
• make a new deposit while the Player still has pending free spins or bonus features
Players may refuse any bonus at their discretion.

Contribution Toward Wagering
For table games, live dealer games, classic slots, and video poker, only 5% of the stake contributes toward wagering.
Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawal requests for winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to review.

Fair Play & Bonus Cancellation

Bonus Balance Expiry & Auto-Cancellation
If a Player’s active bonus balance (bonus or deposit + bonus) reaches zero, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

Technical Limitations & Unfinished Rounds
The Operator is not responsible for unfinished game rounds caused by internet issues, device malfunction, or provider outages.
In such cases:
• unfinished rounds are considered void;
• any winnings stored in suspended rounds may be removed.

Currency Conversion & Exchange Rate Rules
If the game currency differs from the account or bonus currency:
• bets and winnings are calculated using the platform’s internal exchange rate;
• limits (max win, max bet, wagering) apply in the equivalent currency.

Non-Eligible Bets for Wagering
The following bets do not count toward wagering:
• minimal-risk roulette bets (odd/even, red/black, 1–18/19–36, both sides of a row)

Anomalous Activity Handling
If anomalous gameplay is detected (irregular patterns, automated behavior, unusual coordination), the Operator may:
• suspend the bonus
• freeze withdrawals

Bet-Speed Limitation
If a Player’s betting speed significantly exceeds normal gameplay patterns, the Operator may exclude such bets from wagering and perform additional checks.

Multiple Accounts

• cancel bonuses on all linked accounts
• merge balances and suspend accounts pending verification

Proxy/VPN Restrictions
If a bonus is activated or used through VPN, proxy, or any method masking geolocation, the Operator may void the bonus and related winnings.

Crypto Mixer Restrictions
Bonuses are not granted (and may be cancelled) if a deposit originates from:
• crypto mixers
• obfuscation services
• high-risk blockchain addresses (per AML providers)
The Operator may request proof of source of funds before processing withdrawals.

Deposit Address Restrictions
A single crypto deposit address may only be used for one bonus account.
Using the same address for multiple accounts may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The promotion period runs from Friday 00:00 to Thursday 23:59 (UTC) every week.
